Success Stories Joe Camerato <p>My name is Joe Camerato. I have been a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Toledo for the past 18 years, and have struggled to control my weight most of my adult life.</p> <p>I have tried most diets and did well on some and failed on others. In August of 2010, I injured my back while fighting a fire, and spent the next eight to nine months having a couple of surgeries and trying to rehab myself so I could return to work. During this time my weight continued to rise. Some of it was due to the medications I was taking due to my injury and, to be honest, some of it was from my laziness.</p> <p>I was overweight (medically) before my injury, even though I spent 45 minutes daily on the elliptical. After my injury, there were times I wasn't sure I would even be able to return to work. I had some complications and was told I would probably need to think about another line of work. The idea of this was crushing to me. Being a Firefighter/EMT is something I love to do. I don’t know too many people who can say they love their jobs, but I truly do.</p> <p><img class="left" title="" src="" alt="joe camerato before after weight loss" width="300" height="488"/></p> <p>Between the medication, being laid up for 8 months, and laziness, my weight spiked up to over 280 pounds. I worked hard during my rehab and was able to return to the job I love, but I couldn't get my weight to drop. Here I was trying to help others and I couldn't help myself!</p> <p>A couple of major events happened both at work and home which really drove home the idea that, if I didn't find a way to get rid of the extra weight, I wasn't going to be able to continue my career for very long. I tried those diets which seemed to work for me before, but I lost nothing. I even gained more at times. Understand, I was trying to eat right and I was working out daily. I was really trying! By September, I was figuring, “Oh, well. I guess I'm never going to lose this weight. I'll end up a Type II diabetic like both my parents, and there's nothing I can do about it.”</p> <p>Like most people struggling with a weight problem, I was getting depressed and really starting to give up. I had heard about hCG and figured it was like all the other diets, just another fad which will never work. I researched hCG on the internet and it seemed like another “miracle” diet — most of which I've tried. But I figured what's one more? What could it hurt? I was getting fatter anyhow. That's when a friend of mine, who I had not seen in a long time, said she had done hCG and she showed her before and after pictures. It was the push I needed to seriously look into Last Diet Ever.</p> <p>I met with Abbey (my counselor) and, still unsure if I believed in this “miracle,” I thought to myself I might as well try it. That first meeting with Abbey set me on a path which has changed my life. I started my injections in early October, and every step of the way I was worried it wasn't going to work. I truly had a not-so-positive outlook on how this was going to work. Day after day, week after week, the weight disappeared and my belief in hCG grew stronger. There were those days in which negativity crept back in, but I'd call Abbey and she knew just how to support me through those times.</p> <p>As the weeks went by I started noticing my clothes were getting bigger. Okay, it wasn't my clothes getting bigger, I was getting smaller! “Holy cow it's really working!” You know it's working when the guys you work with start saying something about your weight loss!</p> <p>As I completed the injection phase, during which I dropped 52 pounds, I really started to worry about packing the weight right back on. Again, Abbey was there to support me. I did my three week stabilization phase and was amazed how easy it was to keep the weight off.</p> <p>I still wanted to lose more weight and talked it over with Abbey. We discussed a goal I've had of doing a Firefighter Stair Climb (38 Floors) in which I would be wearing my full firefighting gear and air bottle (an extra 40+ pounds). We talked about using hCG and intensely training for the stair climb. Abbey and the staff at Last Diet Ever told me I would be better off just training for the climb. “Wait! What? You don't want to take my money?” They could have just as easily started me on the next round of injections, but they knew there was a possibility it wouldn't work properly. I was blown away at the honesty. The staff truly cares.</p> <p>The weight loss and ability to keep it off gave me the push I needed to sign up. In February, my 14 year-old daughter and I completed our first stair climb. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done! I had to push myself harder then I ever have to just to complete the climb. Completing the climb would have never been possible at over 280 pounds! Since completing the first climb my daughter and I have signed up for our second stair climb which is in less then two weeks. This one is a little more intense at 45 floors. Again, I will be in full gear and air bottle.</p> <p><img class="left" title="" src="" alt="joe camerato and daughter" width="300" height="387"/></p> <p>I know a good part of my success with Last Diet Ever has been my own drive to follow the instructions from Abbey and the staff to the letter, but this drive would not be there if the results weren't! After my next stair climb, I have plans on doing a couple of yearly 5k races along with the firefighter stair climbs. But before my next race, I will be returning to Last Diet Ever to lose the rest of my 100 pound weight loss goal. If 52 pounds makes me feel this good, I can’t wait to lose the rest!</p> <p>Oh, and remember my back injury? At 52 pounds lighter, I have less and less pain, and no need for pain medications any longer. I'm counting that as a miracle!!! So, if you don't think Last Diet Ever can help you or you're worried about how much it will cost, talk to Abbey and the staff. She has my number and you can call me. I've been where you are and had those same worries!</p> Mon, 03 Sep 2012 08:19:41 -0400 Stephanie Yarbrough <p>"WOW"....This is the word I used every morning when I stepped on my scale to see another pound disappear. This diet and its results are nothing short of AMAZING! </p> <p>I followed this diet protocol without cheating and the results were exactly as outlined in the program. I had a great support staff - always just a phone call away.</p> <p>My advice to anyone out there who may be depressed, frustrated, confused, angry, fatigued and unhealthy, like I was. You only have TWO things to lose on the Last Diet Ever...</p> <p>POUNDS and INCHES.</p> <p>I have lost 45 pounds and downsized 48 inches. This diet has changed my life forever. It not only taught me how to eat right and healthy, my family has changed their eating habits too.</p> <p>Thank You, LAST DIET EVER, for giving me a new journey in life ... and a new wardrobe.</p> <p>Sincerely,</p> <p>The healthier me</p> <p><img class="left" title="" src="" alt="Stephanie Yarbrough Before After Weight Loss" width="500" height="617"/></p> Sun, 02 Sep 2012 13:32:06 -0400 Michael Moore <p>I was in the January 4, 2011 "class," and here are my starting numbers <span class="smallprint">[see table below]</span>. I did the four-week program, and added one extra week at the end. I lost 37 pounds and lowered my blood pressure significantly!</p> <p>I have to say that I am very happy with the program and my results. I stuck to the diet like it was gorilla glue tape! I did struggle at times with hunger, but with the support of you and others with the program, I worked through it.</p> <p>I enjoyed the recipe book, and learned a completely new way of cooking and eating for myself. I started a daily fitness program that consists of yoga (Wii) and a very light walk/bike ride two or three times a week.</p> <p>It was so exciting seeing results every day! Sometimes the weight was coming off so fast I thought I would waste away to nothing! That didn't happen, but 37 pounds later, I feel great!</p> <p>I have so much more energy, and can run up and down the two flights of stairs in our home with no problem at all. I have not had one piece of fast food since December, 2010, and the only pizza I've had (with the exception of my Domino's reward) is the pizza that I make myself using nothing but simple ingredients and a wholesome crust (whole wheat pita is my favorite).</p> <p>It did take some work during Stage 2. It seemed to me that everything I ate put weight on me! But after working through the recommended suggestions, I have been able to identify the foods that are the hardest on me.</p> <p>Some of the side effects I've noticed include less pain in my joints. I've been struggling with pain in my right shoulder for months. The pain is still there, but it is much less and I now have days of no pain at all.</p> <p>Just to sum it all up, I jokingly say to my wife, "Honey, enjoy the view!"</p> <p><img class="left" title="" src="" alt="Michael Moore Weight Loss Before After" width="600" height="354"/></p> <p> </p> <h2>Michael Moore: Before &amp; After, By the Numbers</h2> <p> </p> <table style="width: 100%;" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td colspan="3" align="center" valign="middle"> <p style="text-align: right;"><strong>Before My Last Diet Ever</strong></p> </td> <td align="center" valign="middle"> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>After</strong></p> </td> <td align="center" valign="middle"> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Blood Pressure</td> <td style="text-align: center;">127/101</td> <td style="text-align: center;">119/76</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Heart Rate</td> <td style="text-align: center;">89</td> <td style="text-align: center;">89</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Weight</td> <td style="text-align: center;">237 lbs.</td> <td style="text-align: center;">200 lbs.</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Neck</td> <td style="text-align: center;">17.2"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">15"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Chest</td> <td style="text-align: center;">43"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">39"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Bust</td> <td style="text-align: center;">45"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">40"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Arms</td> <td style="text-align: center;">14.7"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">12.5"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Navel</td> <td style="text-align: center;">45.5"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">39"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Hips</td> <td style="text-align: center;">47"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">41.5"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Thigh</td> <td style="text-align: center;">21"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">21"</td> <td> </td> </tr><tr><td> </td> <td>Calf</td> <td style="text-align: center;">16"</td> <td style="text-align: center;">13"</td> <td> </td> </tr></tbody></table><p> </p> <p> </p> Sat, 18 Aug 2012 23:46:49 -0400 Nick Vincent <p>I have to admit at first I was skeptical about the Last Diet Ever. But now I can tell you proof is in the proverbial pudding!</p> <p>In January, 2011, I made a New Year's resolution to lose weight. I know, it sounds cliché, but I actually went forward with it. I talked to my doctor about the various options, including bariatric surgery. We both came to the conclusion that that was a drastic step. He then mentioned to me that a few of his patients had tried, and most importantly had success with, something called the "Last Diet Ever."</p> <p>I started the protocol, and in just ten short weeks, I was down 65 pounds!</p> <p><img class="left" title="" src="" alt="nick vincent timeline" width="600" height="380"/></p> <p>Spring was here, and I was looking and feeling the best that I have in years. I was on my way to my goal weight, but then an injury and subsequent surgery stopped me in my tracks.</p> <p>Now that fall is here, my injury is just about healed, so I decided to continue my journey on the Last Diet Ever. It's only four days into my new protocol, and the weight is falling off just as quickly and easily as before. My energy level has immediately increased, and almost instantaneously, I feel like a new person again. And did I mention the kicker? It's all without any exercise!</p> <p>The Last Diet Ever is the real deal. If you've been struggling with your weight, the solution is just a short consultation away!</p> <p>Thanks, Last Diet Ever!</p> <p>Nick Vincent<br/>95.3 WLKR</p> Wed, 08 Aug 2012 22:55:24 -0400 Adam Klein <p>We would like to introduce you to Adam Klein.</p> <p>If you don't know Adam already, he is a local (Sandusky) boy who is an executive chef by training. He loves to ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles and has been active in fund raising for many people and non-profit organizations in our community.</p> <p>At 459 pounds, Adam's weight has become a significant health issue for him. Because Adam is currently unemployed, some true friends got together to give him the gift of life. They recently held a 50/50 raffle to raise money for him so that he could start his "Last Diet Ever" and begin on the road back to better health.</p> <p>Adam started his Last Diet Ever on March 29, 2011. As of that date, Adam's blood pressure was 165/100. His neck measured 23.5"; his chest 63.2"; his arms 18"; belly, 64"; hips, 66", and his thigh 32".</p> <p><img class="left" title="" src="" alt="Adam Klein Face Before After" width="400" height="297"/></p> <p>Adam tells us that he wants to be "the 'Jared' of Last Diet Ever," and he's well on his way! In his first week following the Last Diet Ever program, Adam lost more than 23 pounds. By the end of Week #9, Adam had lost 81 pounds!</p> <p>To go along with his efforts, Adam decided to use his culinary talents to create a cookbook for use during the Last Diet Ever program. The title? <span class="caption"><em>Don't Trust a Skinny Chef, But Trust This Chef to Make You Skinny</em>.</span></p> Thu, 02 Aug 2012 18:48:47 -0400 Elizabeth W. - Castalia, Ohio <p>With the Last Diet Ever, I have lost 32 pounds in just six weeks! In fact, I am still losing weight, three weeks after my program was finished! I now have lost 35.2 pounds in total. I am in control of my body now, and that is such a great feeling!</p> <p>Before [my Last Diet Ever], my brain was sending false hunger signals. My stomach wouldn't even be hungry, but my brain was causing me to eat constantly. Now my brain only thinks about food at the appropriate times, when my stomach is empty. I love this! I sleep better than I have in years. I have so much joy, and my previous health problems are gone! And Drs. Heilman and Graham and the staff at the Last Diet Ever have been so wonderful!</p> <p>I have learned so much about food and how the body can't go off a diet without a couple of weeks of maintenance to adjust. The whole diet is truly a brilliant weight loss plan! And most importantly, [it teaches] the body to keep the weight off effortlessly! How cool is it that three weeks later I lost 3.2 more pounds instead of slowly gaining the weight back?</p> <p>Recently, my neighbor who lives around the corner didn't recognize me. He said to me that I have lost a lot of weight. And yesterday, I had on my smallest pair of jeans and had to keep hiking them up! That's a great problem to have! I love that the target areas where the weight mainly comes off are the upper arms, stomach, hips, and backside. That's where I wanted to lose the weight—where it counts! And <em>no</em> sagging skin afterwards!</p> <p>I would love to lose 25 more pounds, and I am so excited because I know it is going to happen. It feels good to have achieved all this and to not feel like a failure any more!!! This diet has changed my whole life!!! Thank God, the Last Diet Ever is the answer to my prayers!</p> <h2>Update: October 7, 2011</h2> <p><br/>It's been six months since I was last on the Last Diet Ever protocol. Not only did I go on to lose an additional 11 pounds (for a total of 43 pounds), but I haven't gained any of the weight back. This, for me, is huge! Every single diet I have ever been on, once I was done with the diet, I always gained the weight back. And sadly, sometimes even more!</p> <p>This summer, I attended graduation parties, two surprise birthday parties, and a wedding. And yes, I ate cake at all of them! It is such a good feeling to know that I wasn't going to gain weight! I have learned so much about food and how it impacts my body. I don't crave sugar and carbs any more. I am only hungry at the appropriate times because my brain no longer drives my hunger. My stomach does. And my brain recognizes my new weight set-point and keeps my weight from going over!! What a miracle! If someone would have told me last year that I would be on this incredible journey I'm on now, I wouldn't have believed them.</p> <p>The best part about this experience has been that I am on my way to being healthy again. I also have more confidence, and I've enjoyed being able to wear clothes that I haven't been able to get into in years. I love knowing that my goal weight is just around the corner, and that it will happen. The weight just melts right off!</p> <p>I took a break for the summer, but plan to go back on the diet soon. I thank God for this diet. It is the easiest diet ever, and keeping the weight off has been so easy, too!</p> <p>By the time I'm done and reach my goal weight, I will have only had to diet for a total of nine weeks. Amazing results!!!</p> Sat, 18 Aug 2012 23:39:42 -0400
